    The haste Maj.r Bland went away in t'other
    day for Spain, was Such, as caused an omission
    to be made in his dispatch of a very necessary
    Instruction relating to ye Stores w.ch may happen
    to be undispos'd of in Barcelona, when ye Troops
    Shall leave those parts. I must therefore
    entreat yr fav.r to deliver him ye enclos'd
    Pacquet,1 when he does himself ye honour
    to wait on you, & to receive yr com.ds for
    those parts, but in case he Shd have been
    already dispatcht by you, & that there is
    no way of Sending it Safely after him,
    I desire you will please to return it me as
    Soon as may [b]e,2 that I may Send it by y.e
    hands of Some other Gent.~, who will proba­
    bly in a little time be Setting forward
    for Spain
