The haste Maj.^r Bland went away in t'other
day for Spain, was Such, as caused an omission
to be made in his dispatch of a very necessary
Instruction relating to y^e Stores w.^ch may happen
to be undispos'd of in Barcelona, when y^e Troops
Shall leave those parts. I must therefore
entreat y^r fav.^r to deliver him y^e enclos'd
Pacquet,¹ when he does himself y^e honour
to wait on you, & to receive y^r com.^ds for
those parts, but in case he Sh^d have been
already dispatcht by you, & that there is
no way of Sending it Safely after him,
I desire you will please to return it me as
Soon as may [b]e,² that I may Send it by y.^e
hands of Some other Gent.^~, who will proba­
bly in a little time be Setting forward
for Spain
