The beginning of the address is lost in the binding, but it almost certainly followed this or a similar formula.

Many of the line ends are filled in with tailed extensions of the final letter of the last word in the line. Those tails are not represented in the transcript. This scribe also regularly connects one word with the next without lifting his pen. Standard word division has been followed. The article at the end of the line was corrected to the singular.

A superfluous stroke following the é has been repeatedly lined out.
4.
Given the context of the letter, we can be confident that the bracketed letters or an abbreviation of them is what is lost in the binding at line 3.
5.
This proper name was almost certainly preceded by an article now lost in the binding at line 4.
