Having got the Treatys & so much of the Acts of
Parliament as relate to the settlement of the Rules of Letters
& to the agreement between the Post offices of Great Britain
& France translated into French, we should be glad to know
when it may be a convenient time to wait on you to discourſe
touching the tearms of a Treaty which may be proper to be
entred into between the two offices, when the intercourſe
of Letters shall be opened;2
